原标题：阿德莱德大学更新2019年的CON-CoE政策公布
阿德莱德大学更新2019年的CON-CoE政策，政策如下：
- 学生必须通过具有阿德莱德大学代理权的agent去申请Conditional eCOE，通过具有HA（前澳大利亚移民局，现为内政部）代理权的agent去申请学生签证。学生是国际学生且就读于中学或本科的最后一个学期，已经收到了offer，申请7月份入学的学生需同时满足申请Conditional eCOE的学术要求和语言要求，政策同时也适用于需搭配25周及20周阿德莱德大学语言中心学术英语课程（PEP）并衔接2020年上半学年入学的申请人。但请注意相关学术材料应在语言课程开学前尽量补齐。本科及授课型硕士课程Conditional eCOE申请人的学术成绩应高于大学最低入学要求至少0.35（7分制下）才可获得申请资格。在入学当日未能满18周岁的申请人无法申请Conditional eCOE。2019年Conditional eCOE未设立申请截止日期，但建议尽早申请以便审理。不符合条件的申请者则会被告知。此外，请注意The 2019 University of Adelaide Global Citizens Scholarship (International)的接受截止日期为2019年5月31日。申请材料补交截止日期为学生offer首页上的注册报道日（The valid commencement date）阿德莱德时间下午4点前。持有2019年Conditional eCOE的学生必须在此日期时间之前补齐学位证、毕业证和最终完整成绩单的公证件或要求的相关学术材料。
申请Conditional eCOE请提供以下材料：
1.the Conditional Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) Application & Acceptance Form;
2.the “Offer Statement and Acceptance Agreement”;
3.a signed “Declaration of Financial Capacity Form”;
4.a copy of the personal details page of the applicant’s passport;
5.a deposit of AUD$14,000 and payment of Overseas Student Health Cover for the duration of the program;
6.evidence of fulfilment of all conditions of Offer with the exception of the requirement to provide certified proof of fulfilment of the academic requirements of the Bachelor degree, and a certified copy of the final official tran
7.any other documentation requested in the Offer letter
